What counts as 1 minute of execution? +
One minute = 60 seconds of your GLORAI agent actively running in the browser — navigating, clicking, extracting, or submitting. If the agent is idle waiting for your approval, the clock is paused. You only pay for active work.
Can I mix PPT and PPO on the same account? +
Yes. Most enterprise clients use PPT for internal workflows (data entry, reporting, CRM updates) and PPO for external workflows (lead generation, outbound sales). Your dashboard shows both models separately.
How is the execution time measured and verified? +
Every agent action is logged with a timestamp in your Workflow Audit dashboard. You can see the exact start time, end time, and per-task breakdown for every session. Full transparency — always.
What if the agent makes an error mid-task? +
GLORAI has a human-in-the-loop approval step for critical actions. If an agent encounters an unexpected state, it pauses and flags for your review. Execution time is not charged for paused states.
Is there a minimum monthly spend? +
No minimum on PPT. For PPO models, we agree on a minimum outcome volume per campaign to ensure the model is economically viable for both sides — typically 50+ outcomes per month.
